CrossFit

CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone—people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years. This strength and conditioning program will get you in the best shape of your life while building muscle and trimming fat away. This program will get you in the top physical performance and can be tailored to help you excel at your chosen hobby or sport.


Evolution

This class is a great way to get into shape where we use 4 distinct types of training to help you get the most out of your workout. You will learn fundamental movements in a controlled setting under a coaches direction and follow that up with a fat burning, muscle building Evolution workout. Your Evolution workouts will consist of the the following workouts:

Sprint – These will be an interval based training class. You will work for a short period of intense movement followed by a period of rest.

Pump – These will be focused on time under tension priciples. These circuits will have you pumped up and toning all that muscle while burning fat away.

Grind – These will be focussed on heart rate and pacing. We will teach you how 80% speed and proper pacing will have you burning hours after you stop.

Burn – These longer cardio based sessions will not only teach you how to become proficient in the Rower, Bike, and Ski Erg but will build you into an endurance machine.


Youth Sports Performance

Our youth program has become the top breeding ground for young strength athletes as well as a performance hub for young athletes.  With over 20 American records in youth Powerlifting, including over 50 state records to date.  Over 10 Youth National Qualifiers in USAW Weightlifting, and numerous all-star teams.  We have worked with many different athletes that range from the sports of football, soccer, baseball, basketball, volleyball, lacrosse, golf, wrestling, weightlifting, softball, swimming, cheer, track & field, and runners of all types.  We offer a safe environment focused on grooming the youth for longterm sporting goals.  We currently offer two classes based on age and ability.


Hybrid Personal Coaching / Private Personal Training

This is the best in nutritional and accountability coaching. This will include nutritional coaching everyday where we base your plan upon what results you want. We also provide daily accountability from your very own personal coach.


24 Hour Open Gym

Workout at Fleming Islands only 24 hour facility!  Showers are also available at the facility for your convenience.
